Project Background

Mission:

Santos Sanctuary & Rescue needed a strong, recognizable brand identity that reflected their mission of rescuing and rehabilitating dogs. The goal was to create a cohesive visual presence across all platforms, helping them grow their reach, attract adopters, and secure community partnerships.

Challenge:

Starting from scratch, the rescue had no established branding, website, or marketing materials. They needed a logo, online presence, and promotional content that would not only reflect their story but also help drive engagement, fundraising, and adoptions. Additionally, they wanted to collaborate with local businesses to expand their impact.

Solution:

I designed a logo inspired by their first rescue dog, incorporating a subtle heart to symbolize their compassionate mission. From there, I built a consistent brand identity, managing graphic design, photo, and video projects to tell their story effectively. I also developed a website with an integrated merch store, featuring original designs to help fundraise. To expand their reach, I facilitated a collaboration with a local brewery, designing a custom beer can label that matched the brewery’s aesthetic while maintaining the Santos Sanctuary look.

Perky Cups Espresso needed a creative way to celebrate their baristas and enhance customer engagement. The goal was to create a 12-month calendar featuring their team, paired with branded merchandise to drive sales and increase visibility

Challenge:

The business wanted a calendar that not only showcased their baristas but also reflected the vibrant energy and personality of their brand. They also needed a cohesive theme for each month, with attention to detail in selecting locations, coordinating talent, and producing matching merchandise to support sales.

Solution:

I organized a photo shoot for each month, developing a unique theme for every shoot to capture the spirit of Perky Cups and its baristas. I coordinated talent, locations, and props to create stunning images that complemented the brand’s fun and welcoming vibe. Additionally, I designed matching merch including shirts, hoodies, cups, stickers, and promotional items that aligned with the calendar, creating a seamless product offering to boost sales and customer loyalty.

Results

Perky Cups Espresso now has a highly engaging 12-month calendar that resonates with their customers and showcases their talented baristas. The merchandise tied to the calendar has been a hit, driving increased sales and customer engagement.
